How do I purchase SOPHIE PARIS products?
SOPHIE PARIS' products are available through a network of independent members. Products may be purchased through a member where you live or at our Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya. 

Can I purchase SOPHIE PARIS products without being a member?
You can purchase SOPHIE PARIS products at members' price by enrolling as a MEMBER. You may also purchase products from a SOPHIE PARIS Member at retail prices without signing up.

Why does SOPHIE PARIS use network marketing to distribute its product?

How do I place an order as a SOPHIE PARIS Membership?
A SOPHIE PARIS Member can order product by visiting our flagship store. Or SophieHub will provide new member signup arrangement online. 

Once I am a Member, can I sign up again with a different sponsor?
You can only change you sponsor within the month you sign up as a Member under the conditions that no purchase and no sponsoring had been done since the sign up date. A Direct Sponsor Change Requisition Form must be submitted by the Member.
If you do not meet the above criteria, you have the option to have your Membership terminated by submitting a Membership Termination Application Form and to sign up as a new member. Nevertheless you will no longer be entitled to the payment of bonus and rewards based the sales of the network you have developed before your termination.

How do I renew my Membership?
You do not need to renew your membership. SOPHIE PARIS Members enjoy lifetime membership.

How can I have my bonus paid?
The Member must provide a copy of his / her Malaysian bank passbook or a copy of Malaysian bank account details if the Member intends to have the bonus be paid via bank transfer. If the Member does not provide such documents (or if the information provided is not accurate), bonus will be credited the Member's account as Member's credit and can be used by Member's as a method of payment for future purchases.

When will my bonus be paid?
Bonus earned bases on sales generated during a given month will be submitted to our bank no later than the 7th day of the following month. Normal banking time frames of about 2 to 3 working days will apply before the commissions will be available in your account. Holidays and weekends may cause delays in the payments being credited to the account.

What should I do when I still do not receive my bonus after the prescribed time frame mentioned above?
Please call and speak to our Call Center team or visit our Service Center team at our Flagship Store.

How will the company contact me if I change my email address and I forget to contact the company?
If the company does not have accurate contact information, the company will not be responsible for an inability to reach the Member due to incorrect personal information.

If I am already a Member, can my husband or my wife sign up as a Member as well?
SOPHIE PARIS does not impose any restriction on this matter. Nevertheless for the purpose of bonus payout optimization, it is recommended to have a single membership by couple.

How does the warranty policy work/ Is there any waranty period for the products?
SOPHIE PARIS guarantees its products are free from defect. A Member can return defective products within 30 days of the date of purchase.

How frequently are SOPHIE PARIS catalogues released?
Our catalogues are circulated approximately every 45 business days.

What constitutes a SOPHIE PARIS Member?
A SOPHIE PARIS Member is an individual or entity that has entered into a Membership agreement with SOPHIE PARIS. SOPHIE PARIS Members are able to order products at members' prices and resell the products to retail customers for a profit. SOPHIE PARIS Members are also able to recruit additional Members and receive bonus and rewards from their product sales under SOPHIE PARIS' compensation plan.

How can I become a SOPHIE PARIS Member?
You can become a SOPHIE PARIS Member either by contacting any existing Member that you already know or feel free to talk to our friendly Customer Service team at our Flagship store. Fill in the SOPHIE PARIS Membership Application Form provided in our Starter Kit and send it back to us by mail, fax or drop it at our Flagship Store. Kindly attach along a copy of your MyKad (for Malaysian) or passport (You can mail or fax, our drop it at our Flagship store with a copy of both front and back of your MyKad (for Malaysians) or Passport (for Non-Malaysians).

Is it expensive to become a SOPHIE PARIS Member?
Not at all. The only cost to become a Lifetime MEMBER is the RM 15 membership fee. This inexpensive fee makes it possible for virtually anyone to become a Member of SOPHIE PARIS.

How can I get started?
As a new Member you will have a more experienced Member (your Sponsor) as a coach, guiding and assisting you. Your Sponsor will introduce you to SOPHIE PARIS and help you with all the necessary information you need in the beginning.
You will also receive a Starter Kit that contains everything you need to get started.

What does the Starter Kit include?
The Starter Kit includes presentational material about our company as well as Member Manual, a catalogue and miscellaneous forms that will be helpful to you when you start as a Member.

How much money can I make as a SOPHIE PARIS Member?
You decide yourself when and how much you want to work. Whether you want to dedicate yourself full time or want to make some extra money during your spare time, it is up to you. There are no opening hours so you can invest your time in a way that suits you.

How does the compensation plan work?
The Compensation Plan is the method by which Members are compensated for their retail sales and personal purchases of the Product, as well as the retail sales and personal purchases of the Product by their Downline Organizations.
